Aviva Premiership Report Cards

So, an eventful Aviva Premiership has drawn to a close. Teams will have many things to stew over during the off-season, with some having considerably more successful seasons than others.

Saracens won the double whilst we bid a sad farewell to London Irish, who were relegated. Bristol Rugby will join us next season as the winners of the RFU Championship, beating Doncaster in the final.

In this article, I have given each team a report card, with their overall grade (given in the current English format of A*-U) and their strengths and weaknesses. I also included targets for next season, whether it be Champions Cup qualification or simply avoiding relegation. The slides are in order of their finishing position in the league, not the grade that they have been given.

Do you agree or disagree with the grades given? How do you think teams will fare next season? Leave a comment or tweet your thoughts to @ReadRugbyUnion
