Premiership giants Saracens have just a few days to prove that they are under the league’s salary cap for this season and if they can’t, they face possible relegation from England’s top flight. Only a few months ago, Saracens were docked 35 points and fined £5.36 million for breaching the salary cap regulations but they now face further punishments, with relegation a very real possibility, a call that will shake English rugby it it happens.
